For a self-tie bow tie, the skinny part of the tie is barely long enough for a 16.5 neck. Very difficult to get a balanced bow with this tie. Cotton material creases too easily as well. This tie will need ironing between wears. Like the pattern though. Shipping was very prompt. Update: Sandy sent another longer tie that ties much easier. Upgrading to five stars for her effort.
